I recently had the opportunity to take Arielle to Urban Air Adventure Park in Crystal Run, NY, and I have to say, our experience from start to finish was fantastic.
What really stood out to me wasn't just the attractions or everything there was for Arielle to enjoy. It was the people.
From the moment we arrived, I noticed the professionalism, kindness, communication, and genuine customer service from the staff. As a parent, those things matter. When you take your child somewhere, you want them to have fun, but you also want to feel welcomed, comfortable, and confident about the environment they're in.
Urban Air gave us that experience.
I especially want to give a huge THANK YOU and shout-out to Molly, Holly, and Liz! You helped make our visit something worth remembering. And I don't want to leave out everyone working behind the scenes, either. Thank you to the entire Urban Air staff!
Sometimes people may think they're simply doing their jobs, but they don't always realize the impact that kindness, patience, and great customer service can have on a family.
Our experience was so positive that I decided a five-star review wasn't enough.
https://linktr.ee/HaveFaithLetItBeginPodcast
There is enough negativity in this world, and people are usually very quick to speak up when something goes wrong. I believe we should be just as willing to speak up when people get it right.
Sometimes when people go above and beyond, you leave the five-star review.
And sometimes...
you grab the microphone and say THANK YOU! 🎙️❤️
Thank you, Urban Air Adventure Park, for giving Arielle and me such a wonderful experience. We truly appreciate it!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended!

Choosing Your Mattress

After more than a decade of squeaks and stiff mornings, Angel and Rachel head to the mattress store and find themselves in a comedy of choices: plush vs. firm, his-and-hers sides, ice cream lounges, and a surprise flip that could solve marital sleeping arrangements — or spark a new chapter. What starts as a practical hunt for comfort becomes a warm, funny snapshot of married life and the small rituals that bind us.Between playful banter, a shout-out to the helpful salesperson, and the unexpected launch of podcast merch, the episode moves from retail spectacle to heartfelt reflection. The hosts close with a thankful prayer that reminds listeners how ordinary moments — like choosing a bed — can turn into stories of gratitude, connection, and faith.

🎙️ Slow Down – Episode 10
Slow Down Enough to See Jesus
After ten days of slowing down, we've finally arrived at the destination.
In the powerful finale of Slow Down: Finding God in a World That Never Stops, Angel Santana brings the series full circle by reminding us that the greatest reason to slow down isn't simply to find peace—it's to see Jesus more clearly.
Drawing from Hebrews 12:1–2 (NIV) and the familiar story of Mary and Martha in Luke 10:38–42 (NIV), this episode encourages us to fix our eyes on Christ amid life's constant distractions. While the world urges us to hurry, accomplish more, and keep moving, Jesus lovingly invites us to pause, sit at His feet, and experience the peace found only in His presence.
Over the course of this series, we've learned to notice God's miracles, choose kindness, trust His timing, be present for others, put down our distractions, listen with intention, pursue peace, and love the people around us. Now, those lessons come together with one simple truth:
When we slow down enough to focus on Jesus, everything else begins to fall into its proper place.
Through today's Biblical Perspective, Heart Check, Faith Challenge, and a heartfelt closing prayer, you'll be challenged to continue walking at the pace of Christ long after this series has ended.
Today's Takeaway:"The greatest gift you can give yourself isn't more time... it's more time with Jesus."

🎙️ Slow Down – Episode 9
Love the Person in Front of You
What if the greatest opportunity to share God's love isn't somewhere far away—but with the person standing right in front of you?
In Episode 9 of Slow Down: Finding God in a World That Never Stops, Angel Santana reminds us that some of the most meaningful moments of ministry happen in our everyday interactions. Drawing from Matthew 22:37–39 (NIV) and the life-changing encounter between Jesus and Zacchaeus in Luke 19:1–10 (NIV), this episode challenges us to see people the way Jesus sees them—with compassion, dignity, and unconditional love.
In a world filled with distractions, it's easy to overlook those closest to us. Yet Jesus consistently stopped, noticed, and cared for individuals who felt unseen. His example invites us to slow down, become fully present, and intentionally love the people God places in our path every day.
Through today's Biblical Perspective, Heart Check, and Faith Challenge, you'll be encouraged to set aside distractions, invest in your relationships, and become a living example of Christ's love—one conversation, one act of kindness, and one person at a time.
Today's Takeaway:"The greatest ministry opportunity you have today may be the person standing right in front of you."

🎙️ Slow Down – Episode 8
Choose Peace Over Being Right
Is winning an argument worth losing your peace?
In Episode 8 of Slow Down: Finding God in a World That Never Stops, Angel Santana explores one of the greatest challenges Christians face today: choosing humility and peace in a world that constantly encourages us to prove we're right.
Drawing from Romans 12:18 (NIV) and Philippians 2:3–4 (NIV), this episode reminds us that God's desire isn't for us to win every debate, but to reflect the character of Christ in every conversation. Through the example of Jesus—who responded with grace, humility, and unwavering faith even in the face of false accusations—we discover that true strength is found in peace, not pride.
Through today's Biblical Perspective, Heart Check, and Faith Challenge, you'll be encouraged to examine your relationships, let go of unnecessary conflict, and become a peacemaker who reflects the love of Jesus.
Today's Takeaway:"Winning an argument is temporary. Living in God's peace is eternal."

🎙️ Slow Down – Episode 7
The Lost Art of Listening
In a world where everyone has something to say, have we forgotten how to truly listen?
In Episode 7 of Slow Down: Finding God in a World That Never Stops, Angel Santana explores one of the greatest gifts we can offer another person—our full attention. Through the wisdom of James 1:19 (NIV) and the example of young Samuel's willingness to hear God's voice (1 Samuel 3:10 NIV), this episode reminds us that listening is more than hearing words—it's an act of love, humility, and compassion.
Jesus consistently made people feel seen and heard. Before He responded, He listened. Before He taught, He understood. His example challenges us to slow down, set aside distractions, and become people who hear not only the words others speak, but the hearts behind them.
Through today's Biblical Perspective, Heart Check, and Faith Challenge, you'll discover how intentional listening can strengthen relationships, deepen your walk with God, and become a powerful reflection of Christ's love.
Today's Takeaway:"People may forget your advice, but they'll remember how deeply you listened."

🎙️ Slow Down – Episode 6
People Are Not Interruptions
What if the interruptions in your day aren't distractions at all—but divine appointments from God?
In Episode 6 of Slow Down: Finding God in a World That Never Stops, Angel Santana challenges us to see people the way Jesus did—not as inconveniences, but as opportunities to love, serve, and reflect God's grace.
Drawing from the Parable of the Good Samaritan (Luke 10:30–37 NIV) and Jesus' compassionate response to Blind Bartimaeus (Mark 10:46–52 NIV), this episode reminds us that some of life's most meaningful moments happen when we're willing to pause our plans and be present for someone else.
Through today's Biblical Perspective, Heart Check, and Faith Challenge, you'll be encouraged to slow down, pay attention, and discover that what feels like an interruption may actually be God's invitation to make an eternal difference in someone's life.
Today's Takeaway:"The interruptions in your day may be the appointments God has already placed on His calendar."

🎙️ Slow Down – Episode 5
Put Your Phone Down
When was the last time you gave someone your undivided attention?
In today's fast-paced world, our phones keep us connected to everything—except sometimes the people who matter most. In Episode 5 of Slow Down: Finding God in a World That Never Stops, Angel Santana invites listeners to pause, unplug, and rediscover the beauty of being fully present with God and with one another.
Drawing from Psalm 46:10 (NIV)—"Be still, and know that I am God"—and the story of Mary and Martha in Luke 10:38–42 (NIV), this episode reminds us that while technology is a valuable tool, it should never become a barrier to our relationships or our spiritual growth.
Through today's Biblical Perspective, Heart Check, and Faith Challenge, you'll be encouraged to set aside the distractions, embrace moments of stillness, and give your full attention to the people God has placed in your life.
Today's Takeaway:"The greatest connection you'll make today may happen after you disconnect from your phone."
